In order to strengthen the team for the development of new projects they are looking for:

Senior Project Quality Engineer:

As the new Senior Project Quality Engineer, you will develop responsibility tasks with the aim of growing within the company in the near future.

Some of your tasks will be:

  • Preparation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the KMS with focus on quality and environment.
  • Shortcomings are identified, reported and improvement actions initiated.
  • Preventing non-compliant components in production, and / or at the customer.
  • In the event of deviations, a rejection report is drawn up to prevent recurrence, improvement actions by suppliers are followed up through 8-d reports and / or audits and coverage of costs incurred is ensured.
  • Continuous improvement of the KMS and the assurance of the quality of the incoming components, determining the reliability of the processes and the quality of the product.
  • Collaborate with internal customers for maintaining the KMS and researching and implementing improvement options and with external suppliers to prevent (repeat) errors on incoming components. This in order to safeguard the internal customer from unnecessary loss of efficiency and to safeguard the external customer from non-conforming products.
  • Have regular contact with external authorities and suppliers. Regularly visit suppliers. Organize and attends meetings regularly.
  • Manually manage and improve the Quality and Environment Quality Management System.
  • KMS continuously coordinates with Global procedures and instructions.
  • Schedule and perform audits with the help of the Quality and Environment audit team, in accordance with the audit plan.
  • Supervises internal and external audits and takes care of reporting to the organization.
  • Follow improvement as a result of identified non-conformities and reports to management.
  • Keep close contact with external environmental coordinator regarding official reports, nuisance law, environmental impact register, annual action plan, etc.
  • Follow progress and environmental effects through environmental KPIs.
  • Report to management regarding quality and environmental system responsible for document management.
    • Documents: procedures, instructions, forms, etc
    • Registrations: CRT, flow charts, PFMEAs, CP, CPPS, QCS, PCS, etc
  • Support for component quality aspects projects (new projects; PECs; SREAs).
  • Preparation and implementation of Incoming Inspection Plan to prevent (repeat) errors of components.
  • Follow-up, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement of supplier quality performance.
  • Treatment of non-compliant products, so that production and end customer are not harmed.
  • Preparation of rejection reports to suppliers, including recording of containment actions.
  • Coordinate sorting and rework activities on components.
  • Follow-up of tracking costs caused by suppliers and eventual through-invoicing.
  • Follow-up and verification of improvement actions by suppliers through audits, 8-d reports or similar.
  • Assessing SREAs and initial samples from suppliers.
  • Leading the Incoming Inspection department.
  • Responsible for safety towards themselves, colleagues and the environment and 5S.

You fit in this position if you have:

  • Experience with ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and risk analysis
  • Good contact, both internal and external
  • Thorough product and process knowledge throughout the organization
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control techniques
  • Good knowledge of Dutch
  • Audit skills
  • MS office, Q-plant, PLM, BPCS
  • APQP, PPAP, LRR, PSW, Formula Q
  • SPC, MSA, drawing reading, 8-D, PPS
  • FMEA, Control Plan
