Adoption Deputy Manager - Charity - Home Based
£38,000 per annum
NonStop Care is working with a charity in the South of London, in order to recruit for a Deputy manager who can work together with the Fostering and Adoption Manager in order to support their team of adoption and fostering social workers. This is a home based role, so you will have more flexibility.
In this role, you will coordinate the workload ensuring that all social workers are allocated an appropriate casework to meet the needs of the business. Also, you will supervise and develop the team ensuring that appropriate supervision and support is provided.
Please apply if you are a Senior Practitioner or an Assistant Team Manager / Deputy Manager, with experience in fostering and/or adoption. You must have a HCPC registration also.
