Senior Practitioner - 0-25 Disabilities Team - South London
Due to a long serving member of the team going on maternity leave, this local authority is seeking an experienced social work to join their children with disabilities team.
As part of your role you will be responsible for building positive relationship with the children and families, and play a key part in the development of the child. We are very interested to hear from those who believe they have the following attributes:
- Previous children with disabilities experience
- Understanding the impact of cultural and social factors on the child's development
- Identify the impact that social and environmental factors have on parents and carers
- Leading investigations
You will be working in one of London's award winning offices, with open and reflective working environment. Managers sit alongside Qualified Social Worker, here you have the chance to work directly with the management team. Allowing you to gain insight and help with the person next to you. Making it a less stressful environment as you can bounce ideas of your colleagues.
