For a well established client of ours located in Leiderdorp, we have currently have a part-time job opportunity for a Sales Administration and Back office support role.
Role : Sales & Back Office Support
duration : 1 year
Working hours : 3days/week
Responsibilities
In this function you will ensure an efficient system for all processes within the back office in your division
- Ensure effectiveness in actively supporting the efforts of the sales, application and service team
- Order Processing
- Invoicing
- Service report processing
- Sales & Service Administration - processing eMails, Quotations & Contracts
- Service phone calls customers
- Handling of packages for Service Engineers
- Spare Parts in & out
- Export/Import - Logistic
Qualifications
- MEAO/HEAO level education
- Good verbal and written command of the Dutch and English language. Command of German language is recommended
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with ERP and CRM systems is recommended
