Social Worker - Children - Low Caseload

£33,000 - £43,878 per annum depending on experience + £2000 yearly retention bonus

NonStop Care is looking for a Social Worker who can join a Family Safeguarding Team on a permanent basis. The caseload is 12 at the moment, so you will have a lot of time to focus on each case. You will be able to finish work on time and have a better work - life balance.

The role is for a Local Authority located in the Berkshire area. They have a Good Ofsted with Outstanding features. They are using the Family Safeguarding model, which is how they managed to reduce the caseload so much. The cases are very close to each other, 3 - 4 miles away from the office, so you will not be required to travel too far.

The management is available at all times, all managers and senior managers are on the same floor, in the same open space office, so you will have access to them whenever you need them. They are very friendly and supportive.

Also there is a very clear career path, so you will know exactly what you need to do to move on to the next level. You will receive a lot of support that will help you progress your career and increase your salary.

Please apply if you are a Social Worker and if you have experience in working with children in need and child protection cases. Please note this role does not include a lot of court work, so experience in this area is not a must.
