SDS, CLP, GHS - Company with Growth - South Holland

My client was a sister company from a big chemical player. A couple of years ago they split off and they are currently a stand-alone company, supplying chemicals to the automotive industry. Due to replacement, they have an opening for a hazard communication specialist with experience. The company itself is growing currently by acquiring other businesses and diversifying their portfolio. This makes it a good moment to join since you will get more variation from a regulatory perspective and have growth opportunities internal.

Together with one other person, you will make sure that the whole portfolio is compliant for Europe (also a bit of the Middle East and Africa). Your task will be mainly focused around SDS creation, CLP legislation and follow up with GHS. On top of that, you will need to communicate a lot with different departments and also answer external client questions.

The office is based in the South Holland area and for the right candidate, the company can also offer some home office flexibility.

To be successful:

• Science background
• Experience with SDS, CLP and/or Ghs. Reach Compliance is an extra benefit
• Strong communication skills in English
• Valid work permit
• Able to commute to the Rotterdam area, in combination with home office
