Social Worker - 0-25 Disability Service
£30 per hour
NonStop Care is looking for a locum Social Worker for a 0 - 25 Disabilities Service, for a local authority in the South East of England. In this role, you will be safeguarding and enabling disabled children and disabled young adults and promote them to achieve their full potential, living safely within their family. You will therefore have the opportunity to work with both children and adults which will help you develop your skills.
The Social Worker in this role will work closely with multi-agency partners such as Health and Education, to ensure disabled children and young adults receive the services they require to allow them to thrive and have a voice as valued members of the community.
Please apply if you are a Social Worker with experience in working with children and young people with disabilities. You must drive as well and have an active HCPC registration.
