Our client is a local authority based near the Stratford area, looking for experienced Team Manager for their Adults Safeguarding team. Providing high quality Adult Social Care is of vital importance to us. We are committed to ensuring our services enable our most vulnerable residents to be resilient, independent, safe and well.

As a key member of the management team, you'll help shape broader service delivery and social care practice to remain ahead of the curve - pro-actively supporting our innovative Think Family approach in securing better life outcomes for service users.

About the Team Manager position:

Reporting to the Head of Service for Settings and Workforce Safeguarding you will manage a motivated team, maintaining and developing a professional and high quality service to meet all Council, professional and legislative requirements.

  • You will manage the performance and development of staff in your team
  • You will ensure our service delivery appropriately supports adults and carers to meet their outcome(s), optimises the safety and wellbeing of adults in accordance with our robust Safeguarding Adult policies and procedures
  • Ensures no unlawful deprivation of liberty takes place.
