Job Details
NonStop's client is seeking a Support Manager to manage 2 shared houses which have 8 rooms each for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. You will be joining an organisation that is Investors in People, this ensures that they are committed to developing their staff. So you will get the best help and resources to ensure that you enhance your career and provide quality care to your residents.
You would be managing a team of up to 15 staff members across 2 houses. This allows the team to develop and provides interesting changes that will benefit the adults and bring the services together. This will give you the chance to provide that quality of care, you will be able to meet their care needs and ensure that they receive the care they need.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive management experience, also you must have worked with Adults with Learning Disabilities. To be considered for this role you must have a management level qualification, RMA, NVQ Level 3 or above.
