Work Flexibly as an IRO/CP Chair

A Local Authority based in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced IRO/CP Chair to join their Quality Assurance service and help support Social Workers and practice

Highlights:

  • Work as a part of an established and experienced team which is stable and has little turnover
  • The Local Authority covers a small geographical region so wont be travelling long distances, compared to other larger LA's
  • Will be completing LAC reviews and will also be chairing CP Conferences
  • Contract is expected to last at least 6 months, with a very high probability of being extended - will also have the opportunity to go permanent if you want to
  • The post offers you the opportunity to work autonomously and manage your own diary - you will also have the opportunity to work from home and remotely
  • Help improve practice - will have the opportunity to audit cases and provide feedback to managers and Social Workers to help improve practice.
  • Pay rates are up to £42/Hr

    • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IRO/CP Chair to take on a new contract which offers high levels of autonomy where you will be able to manage your own diary and work from home and/or remotely. Current members of the team do report a high level of satisfaction with the flexibility of the role where they are able to complete there notes at home or the office which helps them feel more productive

    This is a dual role so you will be completing LAC reviews will also be chairing CP Conferences, however you will be able to specialise in an area and will be able to focus on either LAC reviews or CP Chairing.

    To be considered for this post you should have worked as an IRO or CP Chair previously.
