Job Details
The Institute of Forensic Medicine Basel is offering an internship (3-6 months, ideally full-time), to commence immediately or by agreement, at the department of Forensic Chemistry and Toxicology.
Your position
We are looking for someone to support us in the analytical aspects of a study involving CBD. The laboratory work includes analysis of blood and urine samples for cannabinoids. Several methods of analysis will be employed, including immunochemical techniques as well as gas and liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. Hereby, the basic concepts of analytical chemistry will be taught.

- Bachelor of Sciences in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, nanotechnology or similar
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Reliability, motivation, and curiosity
