SENIOR ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITIES IN ALLIED HEALTH
Be part of something new and exciting shaping the future of Allied Health
Position available immediately for 3 years initially
An opportunity now exists for a senior leader in Speech Pathology to join the newly formed discipline of Allied Health in the Adelaide Medical School.
Based in a new state-of-the-art building, our Allied Health leaders are superbly placed to engage with industry and community partners. It is located at the core of Adelaide Biomed City, one of the largest precincts of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, next to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute and other partners.
Working with internationally recognised, Director of Allied Health, Professor Rachel Gibson, you will help to establish new Allied Health Programs within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences that will cater to the specific needs of the global community today and well into the future.
As Professor or Associate Professor, you will be primarily responsible for leading the development and delivery of Allied Health curricula that meets the five key principles of: quality, flexibility, relevance, inclusion and employability. The discipline and profession-based content required will ensure our students are prepared for employment and life for the 21st century.
