Job Details
Education Services, a dynamic and innovative Division at the forefront of education strategy and development, is looking to appoint a full time Senior Executive Administrator to join the Education Services Executive Support Team. The role holder will lead and line manage the Executive Support Team, provide high level executive support to the Divisional Head and other members of the Education Services Senior Management Team and administrative support to the Division.
This is a busy and varied role, which requires strong PA skills with a calm, flexible and proactive attitude and the ability to multitask and respond appropriately to the daily demands of the role.
The post holder will need strong organisational and administrative skills and have experience of prioritising work within a busy office environment. Excellent IT skills, a proficient user of all Microsoft applications, email, website, and general office systems. You must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, appropriately manage data confidentiality and work independently as well as part of a team. Experience of supervising/line managing staff and managing a senior staff member's inbox would also be an asset.
Excellent communication skills are essential in this role, including the ability to be able to negotiate and work with senior staff and colleagues in a positive and diplomatic way, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
