With strengths in teaching and research in organisational psychology and human factors, as well as cognitive psychology, social, health and clinical psychology, the School of Psychology is seeking a Lecturer (Level B) in Organisational Psychology to join the team.

We are seeking an outstanding and innovative teacher and strong researcher. The School wishes to strengthen its research performance and capacity, and is especially keen to continue to develop our translational, interdisciplinary and industry related research, to attract funding and improve impact. You will be an Endorsed Organisational Psychologist with proven experience in teaching and research within any area of organisational psychology who is keen to contribute to developing and enhancing our programs further.

Join the team and help us further strengthen, extend and complement the profile of the School, the Faculty and the University.

To be successful you will need:
  • A PhD or equivalent higher academic qualification in a relevant area.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, demonstrations and workshops; as well as marking and assessment activities; and a commitment to excellence in teaching in Organisational Psychology.
  • Experience in course coordination and highly organised in the management of teaching and learning resources and staffing.
  • Experience in the development of innovative teaching methods and curriculum design and delivery.
  • A record of peer-reviewed publications at national and international level.
