The Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Senior Research Assistant.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director CIME, the incumbent will be responsible to:
  • prepare evaluations and collect data on events, workshops and simulation based education activities
  • design and conduct action research on innovative teaching and learning programs
  • maintain documentation and write reports on the above
  • participate in general CIME activities for the purpose of maintaining currency and developing skills and knowledge in simulation based education.


Requirements

You should have:
  • a postgraduate degree in healthcare profession with an appetite and potential for developing skills and knowledge in simulation based research
  • ability to demonstrate academic writing skills and advanced organizational abilities
  • an experience in SPSS and ability to do systematic literature reviews.
