Fostering Team Manager

Are you a Qualified Social Worker who is driven to deliver, leading, engaging and strategic thinking?

A 'not for profit' IFA based in the North East of England is looking for an experienced Team Manager with extensive knowledge within Fostering, to supervise a Team of Social Workers involved in the recruitment, assessing and supervising of Foster Carers.

To be considered for this role, you must have;

• Two years experience relevant to fostering within the last five years
• One years experience supervising and managing professional staff
• HCPC Registered
• Full UK Drivers licence
• Social Work Qualification (Degree, DipSW, etc.)
• ASYE completed
