Deputy Adoption Manager- Home Working - Charity
My Client is a well regarded Children's Charity looking for a Deputy Manager to join their Family Placement Service in the South East. This is an excellent opportunity if you have extensive experience as a Social Worker within Fostering and/or Adoption and are looking to take your first step into management. As Deputy Manager you will support the Fostering and Adoption Manager with managing all aspects of the service; such as allocating case work, team supervision and implementing policies and procedures.
The positions will offer the right candidate a child focused and reflective working environment along with the opportunity to work flexibility from home.
