Job Details
I am looking for a dedicated, reliable and responsible Qualification/Validation Engineer to join my clients team to expertly carry out projects with the customers.
My client is an international engineering company with employees in the fields of qualification, validation, calibration, automation / IT and engineering.
Your tasks will include:
Creation and processing of:
- Specifications (URS)
- Specifications
- Risk analyses according to FMEA
- Qualification plans
- SOPs
- Changes & Deviations
- CAPA's
- Q plans and Q reports
- Q test protocols for DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ phases
Execution of:
- DQ, IQ and OQ tests for various pharmaceutical production, INFRA and packaging plants
- Periodic Reviews
- Supplier audits
- Submit recommendations and optimisation's to ensure GMP compliance
Requirements:
- You have completed training as an engineer, master, bachelor or technician in the field of electrical, process or process technology, packaging or pharmaceutical technology
- At least 3 years pharmaceutical experience
- Knowledge of data integrity or CSV is an advantage
- Regulatory experience: GxP, GAMP, FDA and EU Guidelines
- Team-oriented
- Reliable
- Independent
- Good German and English skills
