Director of Clinical Operations - Broad PM role

A growing biopharmaceutical company in Switzerland are looking for a Director level candidate to lead global projects through early and potentially late stage development. This is a pivotal role where you will have responsibility for managing phase I (and Phase III) studies, ensuring they are running smoothly at external partners. This is more of a senior PM role rather than direct line management.

Based in Switzerland, both those relocating and local will be considered- with support provided. In addition a competitive package is on offer. It is a strong advantage for candidates to relocate as the company are not that keen on weekly commuting.

You should have a background within clinical operations, managing external partners and leading projects through development. In addition, having taken a career path through clinical operations and with previous experience as a CRA, CPM etc. would be an advantage. Finally, this is a smaller company, so you will be involved in a variety of things- so you should be motivated and happy to be quite broad in your role.

It is quite urgent, so the company will have TCs quickly with a view to meeting in October.
