Job Details
You will be working on a CMO site to help and follow the launch of a new product. Key product for the company that will be launch worldwide.
You will work alongside the team on the site you will overview and take care of the budget, contract negotiation, selection of supplier, optimisation of the production, continuous improvement...
An interesting challenge that will keep you busy for the next 18/24 Months.
Your tasks :
- Responsible for the operational performance of the CMO (Contracts, Production, Quality, Cost, Service level)
- Manage the relation between the CMO & Company
- Overview of the planning Team: Supply performance for new product
- Overview of the Quality Team for the conformance to quality metrics
- Technical team for product launches, and improving the processes liability
- Finance Team for the budgeting cycle, forecast and cost
Your experience:
- 15 Years experience within production site / Supply Chain
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry
- German & English Speaker
The project will take place for 18/24 Months, time for you to drive, improve the processes to deliver the business needs. Definitely an interesting challenge to take over.
