Head of Business Development - Biologics CDMO

A company, who have been growing steadily the past few years, are looking for a senior level business development candidate to lead strategy and a team within a biologics CDMO. This is a pivotal role for them to set up a period of rapid growth for the organisation, where it will facilitate the ambitious expansion plans for the future.

This is a homebased role with usual travel to clients, conferences, trade shows etc. In addition, a competitive package will be on offer depending on the candidate.

You should have a number of years experience within sales of Biologics CDMO services on an international level. In addition, prior leadership of a small team or a large part of the business would be an advantage due to the level of this position.

This is a key hire for the organisation, and I am keen to speak with candidate who feel they can fill this specialised role. It is imperative the right hire is made to really set the company up for a strong period of growth.
