Country Study Specialist / Senior CRA - Rare Diseases

A growing clinical research consultancy is looking for a Senior CRA to support one of their pharmaceutical clients for the long-term. This pharmaceutical company has studies in rare diseases which is an interesting field to get into because not a lot of companies focus on it while it would make a big difference for the patients. It will be a bit a different way of working where you will feel the appreciation from the patients.

As a Lead CRA you will review all documentation and support the local CRA's so this role is a great stepping stone to become a Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Study Lead in the future. Next to that you will combine this role with start-up responsibilities so you have more variety in the daily activities.

Profile:

• Master Degree in Life Sciences, or equivalent by experience
• First experience as CRA for the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with independent monitoring is required
• Start-up experience: contract negotiations, submissions to EC and CA, adapting global ICF to country-specific requirements, …
• Previous experience with oncology or rare diseases is an advantage
• Fluent level of English is required, Dutch and/or French are preferred

The company is based on the West-side of Brussels but you only need to go to the office 2 or 3 days per week so you can keep a good work-life balance and combine your work with family life.
