We currently have an opening for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Greater Boston Massachusetts. (Norwood)
The chosen candidate will develop contacts for new and existing company products by telephone, email, chat and social media to generate sales or to close sales in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers
It is a great time to join this company, as their existing products have close to a 97% market share, now working with some of their more recent technologies you will be in a position to extend their success to more territories.
Essential Functions:
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities via the telephone. Qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Follow up on leads from trade shows, internet, mailings, print advertising, and initiate literature requests.
- Initiate outbound calling plans to include any one of the following: new product releases, obsolete product notification, product enhancements, promotional plans or products.
- Coordinate calling plans and calls with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Maintain routine contact with customer and service team.
