Team Manager - Fostering Agency
NonStop Care's Client is a well regarded National Fostering Provider looking for a Team Manager to join their service in the South East.
The position is based at the Agency's West London Office and will require occasional travel across the region. As Senior Social Workers/Senior Practitioners are considered who are looking to take their first step into management this is an ideal role for experienced fostering social workers who are looking to progress their career.
To be considered for this post you must have:
- Social Work Degree
- 3 years+ experience as a Fostering Social Worker
- Experience in supervising Social Worker/Student Social Workers
- Excellent knowledge of Fostering Minimum Standards & Legislation
