A growing but exciting medical device company that has state-of-the-art urology equipment, is looking for a sales representative based in the region of Hamburg / or Berlin. The role provides a great opportunity for a hardworking person and involves building strong relationships and delivering a high level of customer service.
Company Overview:
The company has already launched its state-of-the-art imaging technology, which is successfully targeting early stage prostate cancer. They officially released the product late last year, and in the first few months they received inquiries from over 70 clinics who asked to demonstrate it, as it reduces the need for surgery and saves patients' lives.
The way in which capital goods are sold requires a more strategic approach, leading to long-term solutions rather than quick success.
A urology network is an important prerequisite for this role. Another major priority, however, is the consulting approach, which questions and understands the needs of the customer and the market. Motivated and passionate personalities are characterized by the fact that they can fit into the culture of the company. The upper limit is open - good performance is well rewarded.
responsibilities:
- Generation of new sales opportunities
- Conducting price negotiations
- Management of new and existing customer relationships
- Participation in clinical procedures of the urologist
- Presentation of the company's products and services in front of new potential customers
- Erreichen und Übertreffen der Umsatzziele
Anforderungen:
- Verkaufserfahrung im Bereich Medizinprodukte - muss vorhanden sein
- aktuelles Urologie-Vertriebsnetz - muss vorhanden sein
- Langfristiger Vertriebsansatz statt "Quick Win".
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Mit Sitz in Westdeutschland, reisebereit in der Region.
- Hoch motivierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Leidenschaft für Technik
