Adelaide Microscopy is the University of Adelaide's Core Facility for Microscopy and Microanalysis, and we are looking to fill the role of Microanalyst in our Electron Microscopy laboratory, to support researchers from Engineering, Science and Health Science
The role of Microanalyst is a full-time position supporting isotope chemistry, scanning electron microscopy and x-ray microanalysis techniques to a large user community at the University of Adelaide in South Australia and also nationally as part of Microscopy Australia.

- Demonstrated expertise in the operation of analytical scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and associated techniques
- Skills in the delivery of training and research support in microscopy and microanalysis
- Experience and knowledge of laboratory management within a microscopy and microanalysis laboratory
- Sound knowledge of the use of laser ablation and solution ICPMS in a range of applications
