Job Details
My client is a biological player active in the agrochemical industry. They have just been acquired by a big player who is more active in the Fertiliser and Biostimulants corner. This means that both companies have strong synergies and that they will be able to offer a diverse portfolio of products. To support this growth they are looking for an experienced sales candidate to help and expand their presence in Portugal.
You will be on the road for most of your time. Speak and train existing growers and try to increase the revenue from the existing distributors. At the same time you will have the chance to actively expand the presence of the company in Portugal, looking for new distributors. The company is growing to a strong face of growth, making it a good moment to join the business. The manager is giving a lot of freedom to the employees to make decisions, meaning that you won't be micromanaged.
To be successful:
* Proven sales experience with Pesticides and/or Fertilisers
* Technical background
* Based in Portugal, with the ability to visit the office at least once a week in the Lisbon area
* Good communication skills
* Valid work permit
