Are you currently an Efficacy specialist working for a CRO/Consultancy within the agrochemicals industry? Are you interested in making a move to industry? We have just been mandated by one of our key clients to help them find a talented Development Engineer for their Lyon offices and works on Biological Assessment Dossiers (BADs).

The company started life as a producer and distributor of products for some of the largest names in the industry and later started to develop and innovate their own portfolio. Since then, the company has expanded across Europe and now boasts a reputable name within the Crop Protection sector.

This expansion has been achieved by putting technology at the core of their business to bring products to market quickly and efficiently that users actually want. They take the time to get to know their clients and mobilize internal resources to deliver products that will actually do what people want.

The role is the link between field studies and the regulatory affairs team where you will be coordinating with external Field Trials research partners, synthesizing findings in ARM, writing BADs and supporting product registrations. This could be a great challenge for someone looking to transition from development into regulatory affairs and registrations.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational background within Agronomy or Biology
  • Good understanding of EU Regulatory Framework 1107/2009
  • A first experience writing Biological Assessment Dossiers
  • Ability to coordinate Efficacy studies with external partners
  • Professional proficiency in English

In case you are interested, please respond to this advert with your up to date CV in Word or contact me: Xavier De Coker via phone numbers listed on our website and extension 3256. I'm also on LinkedIn so feel free to connect.

I am one of the leading Regulatory Affairs recruiters in Europe within the (agro-) chemical and associated sectors with a strong track record of placing candidates with some of the most reputable names in the industry.
