Sales Specialist Disinfection - Quality Medical Devices

A leading medical devices service company is looking for a Sales Specialist to offer their customers the best solution for their needs within your product range. The company has a long experience in providing specialised technical support to laboratories, hospitals and research centres so already has a big network you can build on and has a good reputation for their quality products you can be proud of.

You will conduct demonstrations and hold technical and strategic discussions with customers in the BENELUX for the disinfection portfolio for one of their own brands and for other brand representations. You will get the time to analyse the market situation first and then be in control to arrange the technical sales process from A to Z, which gives you more variety but also more security that everything is done well. First you will focus on Flanders and then expand to The Netherlands and finally to Wallonia. In this way, you can do it step per step and it will be not too many different things at the same time which will make it easier to reach your targets. 80% of your clients will be hospitals.

Profile:

• Masters in sciences, engineer or bachelor if possible with Microbiology experience.
• Several years experience in sales for the Medical Devices industry
• Experience with B2B sales to hospitals
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Word
• Fluent level of English and Dutch is required, good level of French is a big advantage

You will report directly to the International Sales and Marketing Manager who will give you a lot of autonomy to organise your work.
