NonStop Technical is in touch with a leading automotive manufacturing firm present in the independent aftermarket on a global level. The company is hiring for a Sales Country Manager Scandinavia.

The company manufactures and distributes premium products which are well-known on an international level. This will enable you to achieve great sales results with your clients which can have a massive impact on your bonus. These are the main activities incorporated into the role:

  • Working as a team with senior colleagues in order to establish solid strategies
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Developing and executing plans and strategies which will positively affect the growth of the firm
  • Managing all operations within BeNeLux such as profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
  • Creating annual business plans in accordance to the agreed budgets
  • Delivering targets related to revenue, profits and cash
  • Conducting regular contact with clients

Your profile:

  • Commercial experience in the Automotive Independent Aftermarket
  • Fluent English
  • University Degree is a plus (in Engineering / Business / similar)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of budgeting and planning
  • Being able to perform in a dynamic environment
