Structured Financial Manager / Financial Service / Switzerland

Join a growing company active in the Supply Chain Finance sector in Switzerland. As a Structured Financial Manager you will be in charge of developing new relationships and maintaining the dialogue with the different stakeholders, but also assist directly the CEO with the development of new innovative products and structured new solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling correspondence with clients and make sure that timely actions are taken for incoming re-quests
  • Prepare presentations, reports and various documentations in collaboration with our Legal and Credit Teams
  • Monitor the timely management of programs set-up / deployment in collaboration with the Operations Team
  • Maintain the CEO up to date on all developments in a timely manner
  • Assist with organising and monitoring the follow up with clients
  • Issue various analysis - recommendations and carry out ad hoc researches
  • Collaborate with the Credit Team

You will need high-level of clerical skills for this position, such as advanced or expert with Word, spread-sheets and presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. Our CEO is a very engaged person, so the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems can help you both. As a Structuring Manager and support person to our CEO you will likely be expected to supervise certain staff, so cultivating your leadership skills is helpful.

Profile:

  • Minimum Master degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the credit field and / or in trade finance
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral) and 2 other languages would be an asset
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong team player as well as ability to work independently
  • Open minded, reliable, service oriented and respectful
  • Highest level of integrity and business ethics
