This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exceptional & motivated team, based at the Southampton General Hospital, who are responsible for running a portfolio of early phase clinical research trials, including academic & pharmaceutical studies.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, who thrives on working independently and as part of a unique team. Attention to detail is paramount, as are strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work diplomatically and credibly with stakeholders both within and outside the organisation. The roles require previous experience within an NHS/Clinical Health Care setting. Clinical research experience is desirable. A full induction & orientation programme is provided.

The role requires a weekday work pattern with some degree of flexibility on working hours and days. The University of Southampton offers 20 days annual leave increasing annually to 24 after four years' service, plus 8 bank holidays with an additional 6 extra University closure days over Easter & Christmas.

The post will require a DBS check.
