We are currently looking for a clinical research associate (CRA) situated within Belgium to join this growing team. The purpose of this position is to take an already experienced CRA (2-4 years) and develop them into a more senior candidate - this involves tailored training and support from senior staff.
The successful candidate will be taking on an entrepreneurial role, visiting and dealing different clients situated over Belgium - maintaining communication with coordinators, clinical research physicians and their other site staff.
This means you will be able to build your network with other Pharmaceutical / Biotech companies all over Belgium - getting your name out there and establishing yourself within the Industry for future success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to various Pharma / Biotech companies within Belgium, making sure they are in compliance with approved protocol.
- Verifying adequate investigator qualifications, training and resources, including facilities, laboratories, equipment, and staff
- Medical device and/or investigations of product/drug accountability and inventory
- Assessing the clinical research site's patient recruitment and retention success and offering suggestions for improvement;
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of CRA experience
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Bachelor's degree in a health, biotech or pharmaceutical related field
- Must be free to travel to various facilities
