My client, a big player offering international opportunities, is looking for a Sales Leader to join them in a newly created role.
In this position, you will lead a team of 10 salespeople (mainly in Northern Germany). You will not only get to use your Sales experience but also be able to apply and further develop your scientific knowledge. Working for a stable big player you will nonetheless have international opportunities that mean you will never get stuck and can continue developing your career in the future.
Your profile:
- experience selling food safety testing instruments and solutions (alternatively excellent experience in HPLC, mass spectrometry etc. in a different area and strong motivation to move into food)
- at least 3 years of experience managing salespeople
- German and English skills
- scientific background
- located in Germany (ideally Northern Germany) and willing to work home-based with some travel (25 - 30%)
