Permanence and Adoption Manager
£42,656 to £51,690
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Team Manager who can run a Permanence and Adoption Team. The role is located in South London.
In this role, you will be responsible to the Service Manager. You will provide leadership around children placed and waiting to be adopted. Also you will maintain processes and tracking of permanence planning for looked after children to avoid drift.
Please apply if you are a Social Work Manager (Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager) and if you have experience in working within Looked After Children and Adoption Services. You must have an excellent knowledge of The Adoption and Children Act and Adoption National Minimum Standards. Also a sound experience of operational management and service delivery within children's services in local government with demonstrable and proven record of achievement would be ideal.
