We are currently recruiting for 2 teams in our London e office (Canary Wharf), Specifically, we are looking for Recruitment Consultants, to work in our German teams. Our German team work with global Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies to find hard-to-find, specialist talent quickly. They pay us to network, build long-term relationships with candidates in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and "match" their open positions with the right candidates. That's where your skills come in.

To be good at this job you need:

Empathy - you need to be able to understand and get along with people, from the first conversation.
Excellent German. You'll speak with Germans daily, and need to be able to converse.
A serious work ethic. Recruitment is hard work and long hours, but with a huge payoff.

You'll be on track to earn £40.000 in your first year ("On Target Earnings" = Fixed salary of £20.000 + commission) and over £80.000 in your second, with no upper limit.
