Registered Fostering Manager - Develop the service
£50,000 plus £5,000 car allowance
NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a very good reputation, in order to find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. The service has 30 carers and 30 children in placement so an element of the post will be to develop the service, allowing you to progress your career.
The Registered Fostering Manager will be responsible for the South West of England area, as an Ofsted Registered Manager. You will manage three Supervising Social Workers and a couple of admin and support staff.
They offer up to £50,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance.
Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager or a Team Manager with experience in Fostering. Experience in working within an Independent Fostering is ideal, but applicants coming from a local authority background would also be considered. You mist have a HCPC registration as well and a driving license.
