Fostering Service Manager - Up to £61,000 - Fostering Agency
A highly reputable Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Service Manager to join their team in the South East. As Fostering Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the fostering service and support functions within an allocated service. You will also be responsible for the development and growth of a regional carer recruitment pipeline and for maximising current and new placement opportunities with existing and new customer local authorities.
The Agency prides itself in its genuinely ethical and child focused approach to foster placements, with most of their surplus being re-invested back into the service. The appointed candidate will be joining a strong management team that managed to achieve 'Good' in their most recent OFSTED with Outstanding Leadership.
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in Managing within a Fostering Team/Agency or Service. You will have excellent knowledge of Fostering Minimum Standards and Regulations, be a strong communicator and above all be committed to creating the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
