Job Details
A Research Associate / Senior Research Associate position is available in the School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies, University of Bristol. The successful applicant will join an international research team working on Negotiating Diversity in Expanded European Public Spaces (PLURISPACE) project, funded by the Humanities in the European Research Area (HERA).
The successful applicant will work with Professor Tariq Modood on the UK empirical aspects of the project, including on the analytical framework and appropriate comparative analysis. Most of the work will be based on taking stock of the existing literature and discussing how to advance it, participating in all aspects of the empirical research design and undertaking the qualitative data collection, analysis and report drafting. The post also includes participating in stakeholder and academic dissemination and co-authoring relevant publications.
