Job Details
My client a major Bank that is located in Luxembourg "centre" is looking to hire a senior compliance officer with strong knowledge of the Risked-based compliance approach within the AIFM/UCIT sector. Ideally, with a Man-Co experience or similar, you would need 3+ years of similar experience.
What will be assest during the process is your capacity to be effective in the process, re-implement changes while communing back to it and gaining effectiveness.
With a to-do attitude and a strong will to work in team, it's more about the Due Diligence and implementation and follow-up rather than legal advice that is required.
With evolution possibilities on the long-run, this position would allow you to take part in missions in the heart of the compliance team.
Skills : AML/KYC, EDD, DD, UCIT, AIFM, MiFID II, ... and a technical approach and precise mindset would be the key for this position.
