NonStop Technical is working with a leading OEM which is looking to strengthen its sales force in Belgium by hiring a Zone Manager who will work with the dealer network in a specific area.
In this position you will have the chance to achieve great rewards as the company is known to provide very decent bonuses while still having a considerable base salary. The company is a big OEM which is well-known and has a good operational set up in Belgium with various support departments (operations, marketing, product management, etc.). This will give you the chance to join a large organisation and work with a large range of clients on a daily basis.
In this role you will:
- Monitor the quantitative and qualitative implementation of the sales plan
- Negotiate and launch the sales plan together with the dealers
- Manage the plan with the orders, stock rotation and demo cars
- Work with the Brand in the framework of the implementation of promotion plans
- Provide support in the implementation of new points of sales
- Develop the skills of the dealers sales team (training plan, results and incentives, etc.)

Your profile:
- Strong affinity for the automotive industry
- Ideally experience in managing distribution channels within the automotive in Belgium
- Native Dutch, operational French languages
- Excellent Excel skills
- Commercial affinity
