Senior Executive Officer (Dalian, China) - Faculty Operations

You will also be responsible for ensuring that WSA activities delivered in Dalian, China, are compliant with all policies, regulations, systems and processes of the University of Southampton, yet flexible enough to take into account the variations of working in China.

This role will require management of staff, resources, process development and project management.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with substantial relevant experience in similar work at a high level in a complex environment, particularly in project management. You will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of International Universities' quality assurance, governance, financial regulations, student record systems.

You will have proven experience of managing within a cross cultural environment and a good standard of English gained through IELTS 7.0 (International English Language Testing System) or equivalent, as well as being fluent in Mandarin.

Based in Dalian, China you will be employed by Southampton Education Consulting (Beijing) Ltd. On a contract with Chinese terms and conditions and receive a Chinese salary in RMB. Therefore, you must be able to provide satisfactory documentation that confirms your right to work legally in China.

You will receive 20 days annual leave plus public holidays. Private health insurance included.
