Head of Payroll and Pensions - Finance Services

The University of Bristol is looking for an interim Head of Payroll and Pensions to lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement to optimise existing processes, improve customer service standards and work collaboratively with colleagues in HR to reduce the volume of errors. First class leadership qualities are essential as coaching, mentoring and supporting the existing management team is a critical deliverable to establish a robust and resilient Payroll function. The experience and maturity to see the big picture combined with an eye for detail and a desire to get 'under the bonnet' is required to fully succeed in this role.
