Client Register Specialist - Top Tier Private Bank

My client is an established Top Tier Swiss Private Bank with a global presence. They are in the process of growing out their Zurich office and have created a new position as Client Register Specialist.

On behalf of the different business lines you will manage and review all documents relating to new accounts and conduct quality control.

Responsibilities

Managing the files and static data relating to clients as part of the following processes by:

• Supporting the business relating to the on boarding of clients
• Providing support to managers and relationship managers with regards to account opening and documentation changes
• Preparing and processing account opening documents
• Ensuring the various regulations, tax systems and directives in force are properly applied.
• Recording changes, services, mandates and other client data
• Carrying out controls and investigations, working closely with the Legal and Compliance department

Desired Profile

• Full banking training or qualification deemed equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in banking administration.
• Compliance or Middle Office experience would be an asset.
• Experience with contractual documents and the processes for entering and carrying out controls of account openings.
• Very good knowledge of FATCA/QI/AEOI
• Fluent German and English
