Job Details
A family run Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager to take ownership of its service, covering Manchester and the surrounding areas. As the Registered Fostering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans and growth of the service, ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of the service. You will also be responsible for maximising current and new placement opportunities whilst managing a team of Social Workers.
The Agency prides itself in its genuinely ethical and child focused approach to foster placements, with most of their surplus being re-invested back into the service, working closely with the owner who set up the service from scratch, you will be offered plenty of guidance and operational support. To be considered for this role, you must have fostering and management experience - either within a Local Authority or Independent Fostering Agency.
