Non-Malignant Hematologist, Department of Medicine
 
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont (UVM) and its teaching hospital, the UVM Medical Center, are seeking a hematologist faculty member at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor, Clinical Scholar Pathway, to join a division of 18 faculty (6 in hematology). Clinical duties will include outpatient care and hospital consult service with a focus on nonmalignant hematology, including major participation in our well-established Thrombosis & Hemostasis Program, which has a 20+ year history of excellence. Depending on academic interests the successful candidate will participate in and lead clinical research/trials, quality programs, and/or implementation research.

Applicants must be ABIM board eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology and certified in either Medical Oncology or Hematology, if more than 3 years after completion of fellowship, with a demonstrated potential to support clinical research. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the State of Vermont, privileges at UVM Medical Center, and appointment at the University of Vermont.
