An international company that specialises in producing and supplying polymer additives are searching for a hands-on, dedicated individual to take the lead in their maintenance department.
As a leading producer and supplier of PVC and Engineering thermoplastics, they are looking for an mechanical engineer with management experience to join their growing company.
Your day to day tasks will include overseeing the maintenance of the production, laboratory and administrative facilities and buildings. on occasion you will also be able to participate in investment projects that the company plans on starting, providing support in any technical and indirect purchases.
Due to the nature of this position it would ideal if you had knowledge of compliance issues and all internal and statutory safety and environmental regulations, technical rules and quality standards.
You must have:
- Completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering or process engineering
- Several years of management experience in the maintenance of a production company
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations
- Good written and spoken command of English and German
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and quality management
