Position summary:

My client a major international player in LifeScience has an open position for Customer Service, junior. Great working environment. Close teams working together in a very international environment.

General responsibilities:

 Handle Customer Services inquiries from various sources.
 Perform Customer Services administration work.
 Coordinate Meetings and Sponsorship requests for six Key Account Managers to include recording these in CRM system and liaising with UK Sales Director on approval/decline of requests.
 Assist with the upkeep of CRM system.
 Assist CRM System Administrator with data clean of customers recorded in CRM system.
 Record Marketing activity in CRM system.
 Assist with stock forecasting and purchasing for the UK and Ireland.
 Act as the first point of contact for supplies and office purchases.
 Act as the first point of contact with our internal colleagues in Planning and Logistics in Spain and Denmark.
 Book both domestic and international travel for colleagues.
 Other administrative tasks will be undertaken when required to ensure the smooth running of the UK office, including support to other functions at times of high workload.

Skills and qualifications:

 Excellent communication skills across all levels.
 Must be highly organised and have a keen attention to detail.
 Administrative skills.
 Customer Services experience required.
 Be able to work autonomously as well as within a team.
 Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
 Excellent oral and written skills in French and ok English.
 Excellent time management skills.

Languages: fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages beneficial.
