Recruitment Consultant - Full Training - Food Sector

NonStop Consulting is currently looking for 3 motivated individuals to join our growing London office (Canary Wharf, Citibank Building), for a new opportunity to develop the Food Sector in Germany. Our German team work with global chemical & food companies to find hard-to-find, specialist talent quickly. With a more established client base in the chemical sector we are not looking to replicate this success within the food market. This new challenge is great for someone who wants to step in to a role where you can develop a name for yourself and grow something from scratch.

The way it works: Clients pay us to network, build long-term relationships with candidates in the industry and "match" their open positions with the right candidates. That's where your skills come in.

To be good at this job you need:

Empathy - you need to be able to understand and get along with people, from the first conversation.
Excellent German - You'll speak with Germans daily, and need to be able to converse.
A serious work ethic - Recruitment is hard work and long hours, but with a huge payoff.
