Are you a mechanical engineer with experience managing people?

Do you LOVE to get your hands dirty and solve mechanical issues?

Do you have experience in the manufacturing of chemicals?

If you have answered yes to all the above, then an international speciality chemical producer is looking for YOU!

I am currently working with the lead producer in engineering thermoplastics and polymer additives, who are looking for a down to earth, inspiring individual to lead their Maintenance department.

In this position you will be responsible for the day to day management and maintenance of their production facilities, laboratories and administrative buildings. As my client is the lead producer in polymer additives and engineering thermoplastics, you should also be knowledgeable in all internal and statutory safety and environmental regulations, technical rules and quality standards.

When you not overseeing the maintenance of the facilities you will also be in charge of encouraging and motivating employees to ensure that

but also

b) Everyone is happy and enjoying their job!
